How we publish

Clear information, responsibly prepared.

This policy explains how PandaCheckup prepares service information and general health-related content for international guests planning health screening and TCM wellness visits in China.

Purpose and audience

Our content is designed to help international guests understand PandaCheckup services, compare practical options and prepare for a visit in China. We aim to explain unfamiliar processes in clear English while distinguishing booking and coordination information from medical guidance.

Who publishes our content

PandaCheckup is operated by QTC Care HK Limited. Unless a page identifies a specific individual or external contributor, website and editorial content is published under PandaCheckup's organizational authorship and remains our responsibility.

A PandaCheckup byline does not imply that a doctor has written or medically reviewed the page. If a qualified contributor or reviewer is involved and it is relevant to the content, their role should be stated on that page.

How service information is prepared

Service pages may draw on PandaCheckup's first-hand operational experience coordinating bookings, guest preparation, provider communication and follow-up. We check practical claims against the programme information, booking process, service terms and provider details available to us when the content is prepared.

Operational experience helps us explain what guests can expect, but it is not a substitute for clinical expertise. Confirmed appointment details and instructions from the relevant healthcare facility take priority over general website content.

How health-related content is researched and checked

Health-related material is intended to provide general context, not individualized advice. When external evidence is needed, we prefer primary and authoritative sources where practical, including public-health authorities, government or regulatory materials, official healthcare-provider information and original peer-reviewed research. Secondary sources may be used to provide context or make technical material easier to understand.

Before publication, we review the content for clarity, internal consistency and alignment with the sources and current PandaCheckup service information being cited. We avoid presenting operational observations as clinical evidence and aim to identify uncertainty, programme variation and important limitations where they matter.

Updates and corrections

We may update a page when service details, programme information, policies or the evidence supporting a material claim changes. Blog articles may display published and updated dates where applicable. We also review content when a possible error is brought to our attention.

If we confirm a meaningful error, we correct the page and, when useful for readers, clarify or remove the affected claim. To report a possible error, include the page URL and the passage you are concerned about in an email to cs@pandacheckup.com.

Use of AI-assisted tools

Where useful, PandaCheckup may use AI-assisted tools for tasks such as drafting, translation, summarization, formatting or quality checks. AI output is treated as a working aid rather than an authority. A person reviews content before it is published, and PandaCheckup remains responsible for the final wording and claims. AI assistance does not replace qualified clinical judgment.
